Rache Brand is an award-winning dimensional designer, regenerative strategist, marketing leader, and financial strategist advancing the future of systems change. Her work lives at the intersection of design, science, finance, art, and nature’s intelligence—translating complexity into solutions that regenerate resources, shift culture, and endure for generations. Her philosophy is simple: true growth comes from dimensional thinking, and design holds the keys to systemic transformation.
She has lived three professional lives: founding a creative agency and exiting, collaborating with multinationals and CPG leaders to scale impact, and advising early-stage ventures at critical inflection points. Across each, she has combined the rigor of financial strategy with the creativity of design thinking, drawing from nature’s patterns to inspire adaptive, resilient systems. In strategy there is never an OR between design or capital, there is only an AND.
Currently preparing to pursue her thesis to achieve a PhD on the neurological and somatic dimensions of human behavior, Rache blends analytical depth with intuitive vision, creating space for discovery, collaboration, and love as essential forces in leadership.
She is now seeking a values-aligned role that balances family-first priorities with meaningful contribution, bringing her expertise in growth, design, and systems to organizations ready to build with purpose and impact.
