Jes-M was created as a first-of-its-kind eco-conscious family brand, built around sustainable, creative home goods. The concept spanned 40+ products—from wrapping paper and kids’ birthday kits to eco-friendly clothing and household tools.
Curated Meal Delivery
When COVID-19 shut down San Francisco, one culinary team needed a way to keep their catering business alive. The challenge was to pivot from in-person events to an online, direct-to-consumer model that could sustain the team.

Role: Interim COO / CFO
Nature is the original medicine. Founder Cody McElrea has spent eight years in Canada’s Indigenous forests harvesting wild Chaga, Reishi, and Lion’s Mane. In partnership with two scientists, we uncovered that wild-harvested mushrooms contain 20x more bioactives than conventionally grown, because true resilience is forged under nature’s toughest conditions. Our first therapeutics product launches Q1 2026.
Role: Fractional CRO. Capital Strategy
Rise began as my experiment in charting a new path for leaders (parents + entrepreneurs). It’s now a living roadmap, weaving body, science, and spirit into growth for families and organizations. Each week, I write and share patterns with nature interwoven.
Why is the pattern of curiosity: open ⇄ question, connect ⇄ expand, rupture ⇄ reorganize. It is the intelligence that keeps systems alive.
